Discussion with Mohtasim Ibne Ahsan on Land disputes in Bangladesh

At North South University, A discussion with the senior graduate of the Law department on land disputes and Land law in Bangladesh. It was very fruitful to share & exchange knowledge with each other. Mr. Mohtasim states that the shortage of knowledge regarding land laws is boosting this dispute. He also expressed his personal experience he was suffering regarding ROR (Record of rights). Md. Mahadi Hasan who states about legal provisions, also mentioned that the pendency of a huge number of suits in the civil court is converting the disputes to serious criminal issues. Unequal distribution of land by the prior generation in the past creates various issues among the next generations or legal heirs. They both concluded that strong implementation and amendment of leading land laws can reduce land disputes.
